This Living History Day, interpreting a day in the autumn of 1864, approximately 20 historic reenactors will be celebrating the return of some furloughed Civil War soldiers with an all-day lawn party at the DuBois Fort (81 Huguenot Street). There will be a number of period outdoor activities, including croquet, graces, badminton, battledore, shuttlecock, hoops, and archery.
