Wedding & Event Rentals

Make history with your event at one of the most significant historic sites in America. Including seven stone houses that date to the early eighteenth century, this National Historic Landmark District offers a variety of options for memorable weddings and events, including ceremonies, showers, receptions, and parties.

The non-denominational Crispell Memorial French Church, a reconstruction of the original 1717 Huguenot Church, can accommodate up to 65 guests. The structure features high-backed wooden pews and a raised pulpit. Uniquely simple and appealing, it boasts remarkable acoustic clarity. 

Our attractively landscaped grounds behind the Deyo House, a breathtaking Victorian mansion, have views of the stone houses, space for tents or pavilions, and shade from stately trees that have sheltered Huguenot Street for over a century. These picturesque grounds make the perfect setting for wedding receptions, parties and large meetings, just steps away from a state of the art catering kitchen.

Event space is also available in Deyo Hall. Located at 6 Broadhead Avenue, Deyo Hall is the perfect venue for business meetings, private parties or receptions, and regular group meetings (for both small business owners and community members alike). Your rental includes free table & chair set-up of the Hall (3,200 square feet) as well as access to the adjoining catering kitchen and public restrooms.

Deyo Hall


1.      All Deyo Hall rentals are a 2-hour minimum (at the hourly rate) or 4-hour maximum (at the discounted rate).
2.      Maximum capacity is 65 (seated) or 80-100 (standing).
3.      All Deyo Hall rentals must conclude by 9pm.
4.      Overages: Any rental that extends beyond 4 hours will be charged the appropriate hourly rate for each additional hour.
5.      All Deyo Hall renters will be asked for a $100 Security Deposit (to be put towards the total cost) and a $50-$100 Cleaning Deposit (completely refundable based on the condition of the Hall after the rental).

Lawns


1.      The village requires that all lawn events conclude by 10pm.
2.      Lawn renters hosting a Reception/Party MUST provide portable bathrooms and parking personnel.
3.      All renters will be asked for a $500 Security Deposit (to be put towards the total cost) and a $500 Lawn Deposit (completely refundable based on the condition of the Lawn after the rental).
4.      Overages: Any lawn rental that extends beyond 4 hours will be charged an additional $200/hour.
