Who do you ship through?
US Postal Service

Can you handle and ship international orders?
Yes. There may be additional costs incurred, however.

Can I have express or overnight shipping?
Currently, we do not offer these services. They may be available in future.

Ordering:

What forms of payment do you accept?
Only Visa and MasterCard online. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you will need to submit your order by mail. International money orders need to be in U.S. dollars.

Is there a member discount?
Yes. HHS members receive a 10% discount on orders. After your membership information has been verified, we will apply the discount to your order.

Does sales tax apply to my order?
If your order is being shipped to a New York State address, we must charge sales tax of 8%.

Can I order by fax or phone?
Yes, orders can be faxed to us at (845) 255-0376. For telephone orders, call (845) 255-4544. If there is no answer, leave a message and the Museum Shop Manager will return your call.

Do you have a print catalog?
While HHS does not currently offer a print catalog for the Museum Shop, selected items are highlighted in our newsletter.

For online order processing, our website uses a fully encrypted SSL-enabled server.  Our site is secure and your order information is safe with us!

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for a store credit in the amount of the sale, good for one year.
