On November 15, 2003, the Huguenot Historical Society held a one-day seminar on early New Paltz history at Deyo Hall. The program, "True and Pfalz: Recent Discoveries in Early New Paltz History" was made possible with generous funding provided by the town of New Paltz as part of the 325th anniversary celebration. The fifty-plus audience members in attendance heard lectures by local historic professionals relating to current research into the community's first 125 years.
