MOTTO: 
Color fidesque perennis - "Beauty and everlasting faith"*

SYMBOLISM: 
Gules (red) is the color of military fortitude and magnanimity
Argent (silver) signifies peace, sincerity, charity
Hand - Faith, sincerity, justice, a collected mind
Swan - the ensign of poets, writers, musicians. In Heraldry they stand for a lover of poetry and harmony, or for a learned person.
